Most items in the store can be tweaked just a little, but a big size change could compromise the integrity of the metals. As for necklaces/pendants, we offer a 16-inch chain as the standard, but those can be exchanged for 18”, 20”, or 24” chains.
Yes! There is a limit on the number of custom orders we can work on at once, though, so please call the shop (910-523-5208) to make an appointment and we’ll see what we can do for you.

We will repair jewelry purchased from our store, usually for a small fee. As for pieces from other shops, we may be able to recommend a place for you to try instead.
